Dual Site Shop Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dual Site Shop Manager to lead our two thriving charity shops in Walton on Thames. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing income across both locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales staff and volunteers to achieve shop KPIs and deliver excellent customer service
  • Implement quality control and pricing strategies to optimize stock management
  • Utilize sales data to make informed business decisions and drive retail success
  • Develop and maintain effective visual merchandising and shop layouts
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in retail management with experience in fashion/clothing retailing
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising and shop layouts
