Dual Site Shop Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our two thriving charity shops in Walton on Thames. As a Dual Site Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all retail activity across both sites, driving sales and increasing income, and inspiring and managing staff and volunteers to achieve shop KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate all retail activity across two shops, ensuring effective workforce and excellent customer service
  • Lead a team of sales staff and volunteers to achieve shop KPIs and drive sales
  • Implement quality control and pricing strategies, utilising sales data to make informed business decisions
  • Proven track record in retail management, with experience in fashion/clothing retailing
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising and shop layouts
