Dual Site Shop Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee two thriving charity shops in Walton on Thames. As a Dual Site Shop Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and volunteers to achieve shop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver exceptional customer service across both locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and increase income across both shops
  • Lead and manage staff and volunteers to achieve shop KPIs
  • Implement quality control and pricing strategies
  • Utilise sales data to make informed business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in retail management
  • Experience gained working within fashion/clothing retailing
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising and shop layouts
