Dual Site Shop Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our dual-site shop operation in Walton on Thames. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales staff and volunteers, and delivering exceptional customer service across both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise Profits: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue across both shops
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate a team of sales staff and volunteers to achieve shop KPIs and deliver excellent customer service
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a first-class experience for all customers, maintaining high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
  • Stock Management: Implement quality control and pricing strategies to maximise stock value and reduce waste
  • EPOS Expertise: Utilise sales data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth
