Dual Site Shop Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our dual site shop operation in Walton on Thames. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our two charity shops, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales staff and volunteers to achieve shop KPIs
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to maintain high standards of presentation
  • Manage stock levels, implement quality control, and pricing strategies to maximize sales
  • Utilize sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in retail management, preferably in fashion or clothing retailing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Experience in visual merchandising, shop layouts, and stock management
  • KPI aware and driven, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
