We are looking for a talented Membership Development Specialist to join our team at the Global Underwater Hub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing membership growth strategies, building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential members.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management, with experience in operations, marketing, or business-related disciplines. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.

  • This role comes with a salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with members and potential members, including industry organisations and partners.
  • Manage membership renewals, ensuring proper maintenance of membership records and databases.
  • Secure new service users, deliver partnership agreements, and ensure understanding of membership needs.
  • Support strategic initiatives, provide data for business cases, and encourage collaboration within the global underwater community.
  • Work closely with market intelligence team and sector specialists to align strategies and provide data input.
