Membership Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing our membership and accreditation processes, coordinating services for members, and being a key point of contact for membership enrolment, renewal, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage membership and accreditation processes to ensure excellent member experience and data integrity.
  • Coordinate and contribute to services offered to members, including membership enrolment, renewal, and support.
  • Be a key point of contact for membership-related queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality services to members.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR data protection legislation requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of working effectively in a team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Proven administrative ability, with experience of processing data accurately and demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of using a membership database or equivalent CRM system.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written English and the ability to write clear and accurate letters and emails.
  • Excellent customer care and oral communication skills.
Desirable
  • Experience of working within the membership or fundraising function of a non-profit or membership organisation.
