Key Responsibilities- Deputise for the Director of People and provide leadership in the delivery of major organisational and system change projects.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to the organisation, including employment law updates and complex employee relations issues.
- Ensure the development and implementation of effective people policies and procedures that align with our values and strategic objectives.
- Lead the development and delivery of the Trust's People Plan, including workforce planning, talent management, and staff wellbeing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive system-wide change and improve the delivery of people services.
- Proven leadership experience in a complex healthcare organisation, with a strong track record of delivering people strategy and improving workforce performance.
- Member or Fellow of the CIPD, with evidence of continuous professional development.
- Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and experience of implementing EDI initiatives.
- Ability to work in a complex environment, manage employee conflicts, and develop effective relationships with stakeholders.
