Interim Deputy Director of People and Organisational Development

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Interim Deputy Director of People to join our team at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organisation and delivering our ambitious People Plan.
Key Responsibilities- Deputise for the Director of People and provide leadership in the delivery of major organisational and system change projects.
- Provide expert HR advice to the organisation, including employment law updates and complex employee relations issues.
- Ensure the appropriate management and resolution of employee relations cases.
- Develop and implement effective workforce plans to meet the needs of the organisation.
- Lead on the development and delivery of the Trust's People Strategy and national requirements.
- Forge productive relationships and partnership working with Trade Union colleagues.
