About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and patient-focused individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant in the Urology Directorate at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Specialist Nurses and existing Health Care Assistants in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide and monitor safe, person-centered care to patients, service users, and families in a range of care settings under the direction of Specialist Nurses.
  • Support Specialist Nurses in delivering care to patients, contributing to the delivery of care plans, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Assist in the preparation of patients and equipment for treatment, investigations, or procedures as directed by Registered Nurses.
  • Keep the clinical area clean and tidy, maintaining a safe environment.
