Fleet Sales Leadership Opportunity

At Fleetlanding, we're seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our fleet sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the fleet segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness in the fleet segment
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure peak performance and professional growth
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the fleet segment and market dynamics. If you have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and are fluent in German and English, we'd love to hear from you.
