We're looking for a talented Automotive Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Buy cars from customers and manage branch operations efficiently
- Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, and meet targets
- Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, and close deals while delivering outstanding customer service
- Liaise with the back-office team and work colleagues to ensure seamless customer journeys
Requirements:
- A current full UK manual driving license
- Experience working in a target-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently (lone working)
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Build lasting relationships with clients/customers
- Strong administration and IT skills
Estimated Salary: £24,405 per year (OTE £31,405)
