Job Description:

As a Business Development Representative at RBW Consulting, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our client base within the pharmaceutical industry. This exciting opportunity entails managing existing customer relationships, developing new business leads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging of non-sterile products. If you have a background in commercial, business development, or inside sales, this is an ideal position for you.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing existing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Developing new business leads through cold outreach and networking
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth


Key qualifications for this role include:
  • Previous experience in a commercial, business development, or inside sales type position within the pharmaceutical or packaging industry
  • A strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging of non-sterile products
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in data collation, report writing, and administrative duties
