As a Business Development Representative at Zimmer Biomet, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through direct customer interaction and technology-enabled selling. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Inside Sales Representative. In this position, you will have end-to-end ownership of all inside sales tasks, including identifying sales opportunities, preparing customized proposals, and negotiating contracts with customers. You will work closely with our Marketing team, Commercial Excellence team, and cross-functional resources to leverage expertise and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication, oral and written skills, as well as commercial, customer, and results orientation. You should have experience in inside sales and a passion for leveraging virtual tools and channels for sales. Familiarity with digital channels and management of standard computer tools from an inside sales channel, particularly Salesforce, is also essential. Additionally, you should have a Bachelor's degree (preferably in technical fields) or relevant experience, and either knowledge related to medical devices/orthopaedics or inside selling.
Benefits

Working Conditions
This is an office-based role requiring you to be in our Swindon office 2 days per week. You will have access to state-of-the-art technology and equipment, as well as a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
