We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Safety Professional to join our team at Shepherd Neame, Britain's oldest brewer. As a key member of our Safety Team, you will play a vital role in driving a best-practice safety culture across our Brewery and Support Office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and a passion for promoting and supporting a safety-focused culture. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with our safety policies and procedures, and assist in the creation and execution of safety protocols, including Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.

Key responsibilities will include providing day-to-day support to the wider safety team, advising People Leaders on corrective actions, and assisting in the development and implementation of new safety policies and systems. You will also be responsible for monitoring and escalating compliance issues, and maintaining safety files in a confidential manner.

As a Brewery and Tenanted Safety Specialist, you will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge of Health and Safety and Fire Safety legislation, and work collaboratively with our teams to continually improve our safety systems.
