About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager and Loyalty Program Strategist to join our team at Inspiring Interns & Graduates. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data, developing actionable insights, and implementing campaigns to increase customer loyalty and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Manage and analyze large volumes of customer data across multiple channels, including e-commerce, in-store, and mobile, to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Campaign Development: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase customer loyalty, sales, and revenue from existing customers.
  • Customer Segmentation: Use customer segmentation techniques to identify high-value segments and develop strategies to unlock their potential.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure they are meeting their objectives and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of four years' experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Tools: Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Klaviyo, and a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
