At MS Amlin, a global top-10 non-life insurance group, we are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Test Manager to join our Lloyd's business in the heart of London.

About the Role

We offer a competitive base salary of £60,000, plus performance-related discretionary bonus, and a range of benefits including 28 days core annual leave, private medical cover, and a flex fund of £1,000.

This exciting role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing testing processes across our diverse portfolio of projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with project managers, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project timelines and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Implement and maintain robust quality assurance standards, methodologies, and best practices
  • Drive the implementation and maintenance of test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
  • Evaluate and mitigate testing-related risks, ensuring the identification and resolution of issues throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements
  • A strong track record of portfolio test management in financial services organisations
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills
