Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Customer Service and Growth Leader to drive business development and lead our sales team to achieve ambitious targets. The successful candidate will possess a strong track record in sales leadership, with experience in managing high-performing teams and developing innovative strategies to drive revenue growth.
About the Role
This is a full-time office-based position that offers a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, plus benefits. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of business development professionals, designing and implementing strategies to achieve company growth objectives, and collaborating with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals.
- Design and plan business development activities to achieve company growth objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.
- Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings with team members, and provide coaching and feedback.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work professionally with senior decision-makers, establishing trust from the start.
- Self-management skills, with the ability to remain focused on tasks despite a demanding workload.
- Proven experience in administration, competent in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and attention to detail.
