Job Description

In a rapidly evolving London market, we seek an exceptional individual to drive the growth of our leased and managed portfolio. This strategic role demands expertise in property acquisition, negotiation, and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and source suitable properties that align with The Squa.re's property strategy
  • Nurture relationships with new landlords and agents to ensure a consistent housing supply across existing and new geographical areas
  • Analyse development opportunities, applying innovative solutions to enhance our portfolio
  • Produce timely, accurate, and professional reports and proposals to support business decisions
  • Negotiate contract terms for new and renewed agreements, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Pursue networking opportunities at industry events to establish connections with intermediaries and agents
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1-5 years' experience in the property industry, coupled with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving results-oriented partnerships and improving outcomes
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a good understanding of legal terminology and contract agreements
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a passion for property and a desire for professional growth
  • Prior experience in Central London is highly valued, but not essential
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, reflecting the complexity and challenges of this role. Benefits include opportunities for professional development and a dynamic work environment.
