About the Job

Harrison Holgate is seeking an experienced Portfolio Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the development and customer service of an allocated portfolio of broker partners and their clients.

The Role
  • You will lead the assessment of insurance needs and risk profiles of clients and negotiate with underwriters to secure the most suitable insurance at the best terms.
  • You will grow revenue streams from existing client bases and proactively develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

Broker Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with broker partners.
  • Exceed expectations and build trust with clients.
Business Development
  • Cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue and profitability.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
