We are looking for an exceptional District Nursing Professional to join our team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care and will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing comprehensive health needs assessments and writing care plans
- Supervising junior staff and coordinating daily activities
- Implementing evidence-based care practices in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- RGN or RMN qualification
- Current NMC registration
- Experience of working in primary care or A&E settings
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
