Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for our Travel Risk Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients using industry resources and databases
  • Initiate engagement with potential clients through cold-calling, email, and in-person meetings
  • Build relationships with clients by educating them on their travel risk profile and identifying their needs
  • Present our service capabilities to clients and negotiate sales agreements
  • Manage the sales cycle process to identify, drive, and close opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline for new business and extension opportunities

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, consulting, or medical sales
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with clients
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Strong sales experience or business qualifications (Bachelors or Masters)
