Senior Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Experience Manager to join our growing team at Nory. Based in London, this role will require you to spend 2-3 days a week with clients in and around the city.
About the Role
- Complex Project Management: You will be responsible for managing complex implementation projects from kick-off through to completion, defining schedules and overall objectives, and coordinating internal and external resources as required.
- Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: As an experienced professional, you will provide mentorship to Customer Success Specialists and Customer Success Managers within the team, sharing your expertise and knowledge of Nory's products and services.
- Strategic Account Planning: You will develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, collaborating with colleagues across Sales and Marketing.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with 5+ years of SaaS industry experience, coupled with a knowledge of the hospitality industry. Ideally, you have worked in a similar environment or have experience working with hospitality brands in a SaaS environment.
