Salary Range: As a Night Senior Care Assistant at HC-One, you can expect a salary range of £12.00-£16.00 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, ensuring that their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • You will work collaboratively with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to develop and implement care plans that promote resident independence and dignity.
  • You will lead a team of Care Assistants, mentoring and coaching them to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • We require a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent, with the ability to work towards a Level 3 qualification.
  • Experience in senior care leadership and management is an asset.
  • You must be able to maintain accurate records of your job, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
