About the Position:

This SEN Support Assistant role requires a motivated and compassionate individual with a passion for Psychology. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside experienced educators to design and implement individualized learning plans, ensuring every student reaches their full potential.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Support students with special educational needs in a dynamic primary school environment
  • Develop strong relationships with teachers and other support staff
  • Participate in regular training and professional development sessions

To be considered for this position, applicants must hold a degree in Psychology or a related field and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Package:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for career advancement and continued professional growth.
