We are seeking an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to join our primary school in Kensington, where you will play a vital role in supporting children with speech and language difficulties.

In this rewarding position, you will work closely with children who require additional support, using your expertise to help them develop essential communication skills and promote their academic growth.

You will collaborate with our experienced SENCO and speech therapists to implement targeted strategies and provide individualized learning support to meet the unique needs of each student.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with speech and language difficulties
  • Strong understanding of communication strategies and techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
