SEND Learning Support Assistant Role

**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Empowering Learning Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs and a strong ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 support to pupils with their learning development and care needs while at school
- Assisting with personal care and maintaining confidentiality
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or incidents
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
**Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- A valid DBS registered with the online update service or willingness to apply for a new DBS
- Availability to commit to at least 1-6 months, working 5 days a week
**Salary:** We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
