As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in our mission to make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. You will be working with pupils who require additional support due to complex needs, autism, or learning difficulties, providing 1:1 assistance and contributing to a supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with complex needs, autism, and learning difficulties
  • Providing individualized support to pupils, promoting their academic, social, and emotional development
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop effective strategies for supporting pupils

Requirements:

  • Adaptable and willing to work with different age groups
  • Experience of supporting children with special needs or disabilities
  • Valid DBS registration (or willingness to apply)
  • Availability to work 5 days per week
