Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to work as a First Contact Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions, providing expert clinical advice, and working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including joint and soft tissue injuries
- Provide expert clinical advice to patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based clinical guidelines and protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physiotherapist in a musculoskeletal setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based clinical guidelines and protocols
