Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Options Autism, a national provider of specialist education, care, and therapeutic services for individuals with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the home, supervising a team of dedicated Adult Support Workers, and working as a proactive role model within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of Adult Support Workers
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home
  • Provide proactive leadership and support to the team
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who holds a Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care and is willing to work towards a Level 3. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of autism and complex needs, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
