Job Title: Clinical / Counselling / Forensic Psychologist - Part time

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Psychologist to join our multi-disciplinary team, providing specialist support to adults with autism and complex needs. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively to develop empowering environments where our service users can thrive.

About the Role:

This part-time Clinical Psychologist position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team, providing specialist support to adults with autism and complex needs. You will work within our multi-disciplinary team, comprising Psychiatry, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational and Sensory Integration Therapy, and Clinical Psychology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support adults with autism and complex needs to develop a better quality of life
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure we meet the needs of our service users
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote empowerment and independence
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our services' policies and procedures
  • Participate in clinical governance structures to ensure quality assurance and service improvement
Requirements:

We are looking for a post-graduate doctoral level qualified Clinical Psychologist with experience of working with adults who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs. You will have a strong understanding of autism and its impact on individuals and families, as well as experience of working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
