Job Title: Children and Young People's Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join our Children and Young People's team at Thorpe House, a specialist residential service providing high-quality support and accommodation for individuals with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of support staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our service users.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Collaborate with other teams and professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and support.
