Job Title: Team Leader - Days - Roxby House

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Roxby House, a specialist residential service rated CQC Outstanding. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the home, supervising a team of dedicated Adult Support Workers, and working as a proactive role model within the team.

About the Role

The successful applicant will have a strong background in health and social care, with experience of working in a similar setting. You will have a working knowledge of relevant legislation and be able to effectively train individuals and groups. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating teams, ensuring that high-quality support and accommodation are provided to adults with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities.
