Job Title: Children and Young People's Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Options Roxby House, a specialist residential service rated CQC Outstanding. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the home, supervising a team of dedicated Adult Support Workers, and working as a proactive role model within the team.

About the Role
  • Supervise and support a team of Adult Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support to adults with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home and the delivery of excellent care services.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care – Adults or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a similar setting.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Ability to effectively train individuals and groups.
