Resident Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced Resident Support Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring that care assistants receive the guidance and support they need to deliver exceptional care.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents, working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Administer medication accurately and safely, maintaining accurate records and adhering to guidelines.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventative measures.
- Work collaboratively with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity.
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with a strong track record of developing and motivating teams.
- A good understanding of care planning processes and procedures.
- Ability to administer medication and undertake training as required.
- A competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
