About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant - Community Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in various community settings. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, making a real difference in people's lives while enjoying a flexible schedule.

We are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our team, providing support to patients in their homes, clinics, or other community-based settings. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, work with a diverse range of patients, and contribute to the success of our healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and administering medications.
  • Monitor patients' conditions, report any changes or concerns to registered nurses or medical professionals.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting their overall well-being.
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a community care setting within the last 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and up-to-date knowledge of current nursing practices.
