As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing event bookings from initial inquiry to execution, ensuring seamless client experiences from start to finish. You will respond promptly to client inquiries via phone or email, preparing contracts and managing event details, including orders and operational communications.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in event management, proficient in Microsoft Office, OPERA, and Delphi systems, and fluent in English (a third language is a plus). In this exciting opportunity, you will conduct site inspections, showcase venues, provide on-site client support during events, and maintain strong market awareness through competitor research.
