About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to join our team at Benefit Cosmetics UK. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Brow and Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management - Lead and motivate a team of Brow and Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Sales Performance - Achieve counter and service sales targets by delegating tasks to team members, building relationships with customers, and providing product demonstrations and beauty services.
  • Brow Services - Provide high-quality brow services, including waxing, tinting, and tweezing, to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Team Development - Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Store Operations - Ensure the counter is stocked and maintained at all times, and report any issues to the Area Manager promptly.
  • Communication - Maintain open and effective communication with the Area Manager, store managers, and team members to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Administration - Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administration tasks, and assist with Area Manager administration as needed.
  • Staff Scheduling - Create and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
  • Store Maintenance - Ensure the counter and displays are clean and hygienic at all times, maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail or sales management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
  • Passion for beauty and customer service.
