About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Call Centre Advisor to join our dynamic team at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. As a vital member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional support and guidance through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and support to guests, mastering our booking system to facilitate seamless guest orders.
  • Ensure swift and professional responses to enquiries, exceeding our exceptional standards.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the attractions you work with, delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet personal and team targets, driving sales and guest satisfaction.
  • Take on additional duties as they arise, contributing to the spellbinding experiences we create daily.
Requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various communication channels.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, managing customer service, sales, upselling, and swift resolution of customer enquiries.
  • Ability to achieve objectives and surpass sales targets in our dynamic Contact Centre environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed, thriving in challenging moments.
  • Upbeat and approachable personality, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with outstanding organisational skills and time management expertise.
What We Offer

We offer a minimum guaranteed hours of 30 per week, with the opportunity to work shifts between 08:00 and 21:00 Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays. Our benefits package includes Pension, Life Assurance, discretionary company bonus, 28 days' holiday including bank holidays, a Merlin Magic Pass, and more.
