Job Title: Talent Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team at SF Recruitment in Manchester. As a Talent Management Director, you will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and retaining top talent to drive business success.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. This includes providing guidance and support to managers on performance management, absence management, and employee grievances, as well as ensuring compliance with employment laws and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in HR is essential, with knowledge of employment laws and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Identification: Identify and develop high-potential employees to meet future business needs.
  • Leadership Development: Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders to enhance their skills and abilities.
  • Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession plans to ensure continuity of leadership.
  • Performance Management: Enforce and improve the performance review process to drive accountability and employee development.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in HR is essential, with knowledge of employment laws and industry best practices.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £40,000, along with 26 days holiday + banks, hybrid working, generous pension scheme, flexible working, income protection scheme, and many more benefits.
