Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Director of Activities & Resort Programming to lead the development and execution of innovative, engaging, and memorable experiences for our guests. This leadership role will involve overseeing a diverse portfolio of activities, from children's programs and family experiences to wellness offerings and cultural events, ensuring they reflect the resort's luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development: Develop and oversee a diverse calendar of activities and events tailored to our guests' needs.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of activity coordinators, entertainers, and program specialists to deliver exceptional service.
  • Guest Engagement: Continuously seek feedback to refine and enhance offerings, creating personalized and enriching experiences.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with local vendors, artists, and instructors to incorporate authentic cultural elements into programming.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to safety regulations and protocols.
