About This Role:

We're looking for a skilled Chef to join our team as a Food Service Leader. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving delicious food that delights our clients and customers.

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Preparing high-quality food that meets our clients' expectations
  • Overseeing menu changes to ensure they meet our clients' tastes and dietary requirements
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and implementing new ideas
  • Listening to customer feedback and acting on it to consistently improve our services
  • Maintaining kitchen hygiene standards and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent in Culinary Arts
  • Experience supervising a team in a similar role
  • Flexible approach to working, including flexible shifts and willingness to work weekends
