Culinary Operations Lead

The Senior Culinary Operations Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence in our Kitchen department. This position requires a seasoned professional who can lead by example, ensuring that all kitchen staff are producing high-quality dishes that meet Company expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement menu plans, recipes, and food preparation procedures
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ordering supplies and managing stock levels as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with experience using inventory management software a plus

Salary and Benefits:
- Annual salary range: £32,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience
- 35-40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime pay
