We are recruiting for a highly skilled Senior Kitchen Specialist to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland. As a key member of our Defence, Government, and Energy services sector, you will be responsible for preparing and serving exceptional food experiences to our clients and customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in culinary operations, with experience in a similar role and a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent. You will also be required to hold a Food Hygiene certificate and have a flexible approach to working.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchens, ensuring that high-quality food is prepared and served to our clients and customers. This will involve working closely with our chef de partie team to identify opportunities to improve our food services and implementing menu changes to meet the needs of our clients and customers.
