Kitchen Porter

Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Deep clean kitchen area weekly
- Assist in food preparation were available

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or culinary environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
