Essential Employment is seeking a qualified Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join their team in Ebbw Vale, Blaenau Gwent.

The estimated salary for this position is £18.72 per hour (PAYE).

This is a temporary role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with regulations related to construction projects.

  1. Managing all statutory testing surveys for buildings, including asbestos re-inspections, safety glazing surveys, and automatic doors servicing.
  2. Coordinating the statutory testing of local authority buildings to ensure timely completion of necessary surveys.
  3. Overseeing work resulting from statutory survey reports.
  4. Ensuring asbestos management in buildings to prevent breaches of regulations and exposure to risks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
