Job Description

As an Intermediary Operations Manager at Together, you will play a crucial role in supporting, coaching, and training a service team to deliver exceptional service to our intermediary partners. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading an Inbound Telephony Team: You will oversee a team of professionals who provide accurate product and criteria information to intermediary partners, maximizing sales opportunities within the Intermediary Relations Channel.
  • Monitoring and Improving SLA Standards: You will continually assess and enhance SLA standards within the telephony-based sales team to guarantee that all Key SLAs are achieved.
  • Supporting the Team: You will maintain SLA standards by answering inbound calls from intermediaries and responding to emails where necessary.
  • Coaching and Development: You will conduct regular side-by-side coaching and call collaboration sessions with team members, providing feedback to drive confidence and quality of service to intermediary brokers.
  • One-on-One Sessions: You will hold monthly 1-2-1 sessions with direct reports to develop their underwriting, sales, and regulatory knowledge and skills.
  • Improving Customer Experience: You will strive to enhance the customer experience by challenging existing processes and practices and recommending changes where appropriate.
