Job Title: Customer Home Move Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Home Move Administrator to join our team at LSL Property Services Plc. As a key member of our Conveyancing Centre, you will be responsible for supporting our Home Move Consultants and reporting to the Centre Manager. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication, and executing administrative tasks with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service to Reeds Rains and Your Move customers
- Support the Home Move Consultants in progressing early milestones of the Conveyancing process
- Utilize online systems to manage customer interactions and conveyancing processes
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Develop strong relationships with internal branches and external partners
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Conveyancing new business environment (advantageous but not essential)
- High attention to detail and strong IT skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
