Job Overview

LSL Property Services Plc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Home Move Administrator. This exciting opportunity is based at our Cheadle Conveyancing Centre, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Home Move Consultants and reporting to the Centre Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Reeds Rains and Your Move customers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the Conveyancing process.
  • Support the team in progressing early milestones of the Conveyancing process, utilizing various online systems.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications, maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, external partners, and internal branches to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in receptionist duties, requiring a confident telephony manner and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Conveyancing new business environment is advantageous, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • High attention to detail and strong IT skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
