Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operational Support Administrator to join our team at Together. As an Operational Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer applications, from initial submission to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness, facilitating a seamless journey from application to funding.
  • Prepare case files for Case Managers to enable timely and informed underwriting decisions.
  • Liaise with customers and intermediaries to ensure agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and completion deadlines are met.
  • Review and verify all documentation on cases prior to funding to mitigate risk and minimize potential financial losses.
  • Develop relationships with our panel of solicitors to enhance their understanding of our internal processes.
  • Support Case Managers in operating with maximum efficiency by managing inbound and outbound communication with customers and brokers.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to minimizing customer effort and maximizing business goals.
  • Previous experience in an administration role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Understanding of what constitutes a good customer outcome.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills to ensure cases are processed efficiently and effectively.
